SaaS platforms

Your first customer uses the product. The next needs their own users, data and settings. We build platforms that serve multiple customers and help introduce existing ones. We consider what users and administrators need every day.

A second customer brings new questions. Who can see which information? Which settings differ for each customer? How do you release an update without stopping the work? We consider those questions from the beginning.

We build new platforms and help introduce existing ones, including the data and integrations. We also build, host and maintain our own product, Qantara Recruit. That daily responsibility informs our work for clients.

A workable outcome

A platform that goes live, gets used and stays manageable.

Clients, users and data are properly separated, integrations run reliably and your team knows how the platform is operated and developed further.

Does this sound familiar?

A SaaS platform starts with more than one client.

We look at who uses the platform, how clients or labels stay separated, and which systems need to connect to it.

01

You want to turn your own idea or internal tool into a SaaS product.

Then the platform has to serve several clients safely side by side. We design tenant separation, roles and permissions, two-factor sign-in and administration, and build a first version that real users can rely on.

02

An existing platform has to fit several labels, countries or teams.

Buying a platform is the easy part. After that it has to fit how each label or team works without turning into a patchwork. We set up one shared core and give each label or team its own configuration where it needs one.

03

Data from an old system has to move to the new platform.

A migration touches years of history: clients, interaction history and documents. We map the data, clean it up, migrate in trial runs first and check the result with the people who use it.

04

The platform has to work with mail, calendar, e-signing and finance systems.

A platform never stands alone. We connect it to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, to e-signing and to finance and payroll systems, with error handling and monitoring.

How we work

From design to a platform that stays live.

We design the architecture, build or configure in short cycles, and arrange the launch, operations and updates.

  1. 01

    Discovery and architecture

Who uses the platform, how many clients or labels it will serve, which data is sensitive and what needs to connect. You get a written proposal with choices, risk and price.

  2. 02

    Build or configure

In short cycles, with working software after each one. For an existing platform we configure it, migrate data in trial runs and build what the standard package lacks.

  3. 03

    Go-live and operations

Go-live with support, monitoring, backups and a steady update rhythm. Or a clean handover to your own operations team.

Between the handshake and the payslip

A placement is only done when the payslip and the invoice are right. For an international staffing group with several labels across several European countries, we implemented an ATS on Salesforce and built the mid and back office, custom for each label: one platform from first intake to payroll and invoicing.

Tools we use

Choices that work beyond the first customer.

We consider data separation, operations, integrations and how the platform can be extended. We build and maintain our own product Qantara Recruit on Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.

Existing platforms
Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, when an existing platform already does most of the work and configuration plus some custom work is enough.
Integrations
REST APIs, webhooks and the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace APIs, for mail, calendar, documents and finance.
Custom
Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL with per-tenant separation in the database, hosted in the EU. This is the stack we build Qantara Recruit on.

Frequently asked questions

We build custom software for one organisation, around its own processes. A SaaS platform serves many clients from one application, with strictly separated data, permissions per role and one update rhythm for everyone. Qantara builds both. Qantara Recruit is our own SaaS platform.
We work with organisations across industries. A question may involve IT advice, a new platform, an integration or a move to the cloud. Our own product Qantara Recruit is specifically designed for recruitment agencies.
