Automation & workflows

We take repetitive work out of operations, finance, sales, and customer handling. That can mean a quick Zapier or n8n flow, a Power Automate workflow, an Activepieces setup, or a small custom service when reliability matters.

When clients come to us

Automation starts with work that keeps coming back.

We first look for the places where people lose time, retype data, or keep checking a process that should be carried by systems.

This is work that keeps returning on a fixed rhythm: weekly reports, approval reminders, status updates, or handovers between teams. If someone has to remember, chase, export, paste, or resend the same thing every week, it is a good automation candidate.
This is when one system has the right information, but another team still needs to retype it somewhere else. We look at where the data should originate, where it should land, and whether a no-code flow, API connection, or small service is the cleanest option.
This usually means the same template is recreated again and again with small changes. We can turn that into a controlled workflow: collect the right input once, generate the document, send it for review, and keep a trace of what happened.
This is a risk signal. If one person is the only reason a process does not break, the business is depending on memory instead of a system. We document the process, remove avoidable manual checks, and make exceptions visible.

How we work

From bottleneck to working workflow.

The work stays practical: understand what happens, build the first useful workflow, and hand it over clearly.

  1. 01

    Understand the work

We sit with the people doing the work and map exactly where time is lost and why.

  2. 02

    Build the first useful workflow

We start with the highest-value, lowest-risk automation. The goal is something useful in production, not a diagram that never ships.

  3. 03

    Handover

Your team gets documentation, clear instructions, and training so the automations keep running without us.

Tools we use

Tools chosen around the work.

Zapier, Make, n8n, Activepieces, Power Automate, and Airtable are means to an end. We choose what is maintainable, reliable, and right for your team.

No-code
Zapier, Make, n8n, Activepieces, Airtable — for fast workflow automation and practical glue between tools.
Low-code
Power Automate, Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix — when the workflow needs approvals, interfaces, or more structure.
Custom
TypeScript or Python — for automations that must be reliable, observable, or tied deeply into business systems.
