Approach

First, see the work. Then change it.

A process often looks sensible on paper. Until you sit beside someone who has to call a customer back, retype information or wait for an approval. That is where we start. Then we agree a plan and carry it out in steps with the people doing the work.

How we approach the work

From looking at the work to carrying on without us.

Whether the project is advice, a cloud migration or new software, the same questions matter. What needs to change, what does it mean for people and who will look after it afterwards?

  1. Step 01Problem definition

    Follow the work

We walk through a real task. Where does the information start, who needs it and where does it stop? We also speak with the people who work around the problem every day.

  2. Step 02Written proposal

    Put the decisions in writing

We decide what happens first, what can stay and who is needed. You receive a proposal with the work, its boundaries, timing, risks and price. Everyone knows what has been agreed.

  3. Step 03Working iterations

    Carry it out in steps

We build, configure or migrate in manageable stages. Your team tries the result. Anything that does not work in practice is addressed before the next step begins.

  4. Step 04Documentation & handover

    Hand over properly

Your team gets explanations, documentation and access. For custom software, that includes the source code. We agree who handles operations and support so the work continues after we leave.

Where does your work get stuck?

You bring the problem. We bring a plan.

Tell us about the moment the work comes to a halt. You do not need to know which system or solution it needs yet.
